Basic questions for prospective customers

1. How do we contact TriClean? Are estimates free?

Send us an email, or call us at (919) 933-9955.

All estimates are provided free of charge with no strings attached. We treat all prospective customers the way we would want to be treated -- you’ll get a clear, concise estimate, not a sales pitch. We’ll even tell you if we’re not the best choice.

2. What info do you need to give us an estimate?

Typically we’ll need to pay a quick visit to your building in order to provide you with an accurate quote. This is scheduled at the customer’s convenience. Shortly after our site visit we’ll submit a quote via email. All estimates include a detailed proposal for the scope of work being quoted and a full list of references, complete with phone & email contacts.

3. Can you give me a price over the phone?

Unlike a product, cleaning services are pretty difficult to quote accurately over the phone because each building is different (from floor coverings all the way to design). Typically we’ll need to pay a quick visit to your building in order to provide you with an accurate quote. This is scheduled at the customer’s convenience. Shortly after our site visit we’ll submit a quote via email. All estimates include a detailed proposal for the scope of work being quoted and a full list of references complete with phone & email contacts.

4. Is TriClean insured?

TriClean is fully bonded & insured. TriClean holds $2,000,000 in general liability insurance, workers compensation insurance, commercial auto insurance & building service bond.

5. Do you provide references?

References are proudly submitted with each quote. Both phone & email contact information is provided. We strongly encourage potential customers to check with our references on the quality of our work and their experience working with us.

6. We have some special needs. Can TriClean handle our special need or request?

Gladly. No request is too small or too large. We’ll take care of it and then follow up with you to make sure all needs have been met.

7. Are your prices competitive?

Our customers think so. We are confident that we provide the best value when it comes to level of service, responsiveness and dependability. Just ask any of our references.

 

Working with TriClean

8. When do you clean?

Typically all cleaning is done afterhours on nights & weekends -- this is typical for commercial cleaning. The frequency is determined by the customers’ needs.

9. Do you use the same crews so they can get to know my building?

Yes, we strive to use the same staff at the same locations. Doing so allows our staff to really learn the building and the customer while encouraging them to take pride in a job well done. Our staff wants to know (based on management’s interaction with the customer) if there is anything they can do to improve the service they provide. Often, rapport is built between the TriClean staff & customer this way.

10. What does TriClean need from the customer?

Because all of our work is afterhours, once service begins we will need a key(s) to the client’s facility. All keys are handled with extreme security. If there is an alarm, we will also need the alarm codes. Other helpful information includes: location(s) of lights, location of dumpster, paper towel & toilet dispenser keys, emergency contact info for customer and any building nuances that the customer can think of.

11. How do you bill?

Invoices for routine service are sent the first of every month and due by the 15th of the month. For example, cleaning services (nightly, weekly, etc.) performed in May 2010 would be invoiced dated 6/1/10 and due by 6/15/10. Invoices for specialty work (carpets, tile floors, etc.) not included in the service contract are billed immediately after such a project is completed and due Net-15.

12. What if we need more/less service scheduled?

We are happy to tailor our service packages to whatever best suits our customers. We can provide more or less service as you wish. This can even be adjusted seasonally. Just ask, we’ll take care of you.

13. Is someone available after hours & on weekends?

Yes! We’re here for you! Don’t believe it? Just call. A representative from TriClean is available 24/7 via phone or email. Outside of normal business hours, calls & emails are routed to one of Manager’s cell phones.

14. What about cleaning supplies? What does TriClean provide?

TriClean provides all cleaning solutions, equipment & labor. The customer typically provides all disposable items such as: paper towels, toilet tissue, facial tissue, bathroom hand soap, and trash liners. Many of our customers purchase supplies from TriClean’s sister company, Janistore, Inc. (www.janistore.com). For our customer’s convenience, we can also keep inventory of disposable supplies and have them delivered as needed

16. What areas do you serve?

We provide nightly, weekly & monthly janitorial services all over the Triangle including: Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Hillsborough, Mebane, Cary, Apex, Morrisville, and surrounding areas. We also provide specialty work services such as carpet cleaning and tile floor stripping & refinishing to an even larger customer base serving all of central North Carolina from Greensboro to Wilson.

17. Where is TriClean located?

18. What if I have a question or complaint?

Call us! We actually welcome your feedback and will take action to eliminate any of your concerns. One of the great things about working with us is that we want our customers to be completely happy with our services. We’ll always take care of your concerns in a prompt, professional manner and then follow-up with you to make sure the matter has been taken care of to your full satisfaction.

19. Is TriClean a franchise?

No. We are locally owned & operated, celebrating 15 years of dedicated service. As members of the community, we want you to be as pleased a year later (if not more so) as the day you selected us to be your new cleaning company. We want to know you and have you know that you can depend on us. Need to meet with the owner? He’s available 24/7. Just check with our references. They’ll tell you.

20. What forms of payment do you accept? Can you e-bill us?

TriClean gladly accepts: checks, direct deposit, and all major credit cards. Customers can choose to have invoices sent by email or regular mail.
